Studio Manager
Locations: Pleasantville, NY & Lower Westchester, NY (Opening Soon)
Schedule: Part-Time (Approx. 30 hours/week) | 5 days per week on-site
Shifts: Typically 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of our physical spaces. You will oversee daily operations for both locations, ensuring every mess is a curated, high-quality experience. This role is a blend of operational excellence, team leadership, and community building.
What You’ll Do:
Quality Control: Maintain the TMC Aesthetic and conduct staff evaluations.
Operations: Manage scheduling, payroll, and supply inventory.
Curriculum & Prep: Oversee play invitations and manage supply transfers between studios.
Customer Service: Support families via email/phone and act as a welcoming studio presence.
Instruction: Lead classes and provide training for the instructor team.
Who You Are:
Kids First: You bring calm, steady energy and joy into the room.
Proactive: You see what needs to be done and take ownership before being asked.
Brand Conscious: You have an eye for detail and keep our spaces "on brand."
Qualified: Experience in early childhood or art/design is preferred, but we also value strong backgrounds in operations or customer service. Most importantly, you have a proven track record of managing people and spaces with intentionality.
Physical Stamina: Ability to meet the physical demands of a sensory play environment, including lifting up to 60 lbs, managing the transfer of supplies between locations, and comfortably moving between standing and floor-level play with children/materials. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.)
Class Instructor
Location: Pleasantville, NY & Lower Westchester, NY
Schedule: Part-time | Select shifts TBD. We are looking for year-round team members; please only apply if you will be local and available to work through the summer and the upcoming fall.
If you have Saturday availability, this role can be combined with our Birthday Party Host position for additional hours!
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour
We are looking for instructors to lead our signature sensory classes. You aren't just teaching; you are facilitating discovery and ensuring every child feels seen and supported.
What You’ll Do:
Lead weekly sensory-based classes following the TMC curriculum.
Engage with parents, caregivers, and children!
Set up and reset stations.
Who You Are:
Experienced: You must have graduated high school. You have previous job experience working with children or have worked in a customer service role where you excelled at engaging with people.
Adaptable: You can think on your feet and pivot based on the energy of the room.
A "People Person": You are a natural communicator who is just as comfortable engaging with a group of toddlers as you are chatting with their parents and caregivers.
Proactive & Tidy: You understand that "The Tiny Mess" is intentional. You are willing to dive into the cleanup and take pride in keeping our studio stations and common areas tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Birthday Party Host
Location: Pleasantville, NY & Lower Westchester, NY
Schedule: Saturdays (Must be available most weekends). This role can be combined with our Class Instructor role. We are looking for year-round team members; please only apply if you will be local and available to work through the summer and the upcoming fall.
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour
Our Party Hosts make birthdays unforgettable. You are the face of the studio during our most high-energy events, ensuring families can focus on the fun while you handle the flow.
What You’ll Do:
Set Up: Prepare the party space with intentionality and care.
Host: Facilitate activities and ensure a smooth, fun experience for guests.
Clean Up: Leave the studio tidy and ready for our next messy adventure.

High Energy: You love the excitement of a party and keep the momentum going.
Reliable: You are a Saturday regular who is punctual and prepared.
Organized: You are great at time management and keeping things moving on a schedule.
